Nathan Cox
Founder and CEONathan Cox
Founder and CEONathan Cox is the founder and CEO of 68 Ventures, the holding company for numerous operating and development companies focused around the real estate industry along the Gulf Coast.
His business career launched in 2008 when he founded Bellator Real Estate & Development, now the largest brokerage firm on the Gulf Coast five years running with an average annual transaction volume over $500 million. Nathan started Truland Homes in 2011, which has closed over 1,500 homes, and become the largest privately held home builder in the area. To facilitate the growth of these businesses, he created Terracore Development Services, which has delivered just over 4,000 single family lots to date and is the largest supplier for D.R. Horton’s Northern Gulf Coast Division. Additional business lines supporting the vertical integration vision under the 68V umbrella include title, mortgage, insurance, property management, commercial construction, and a strategic investments division among others.
As CEO, he serves as the leader, visionary, and culture driver for the respective companies.
Nathan graduated from the University of Alabama summa cum laude in investment finance and economics, then earning his MBA from the University of South Alabama. He played football at the University of Alabama while earning Academic All SEC Honors and was recognized with the Paul "Bear" Bryant Award his senior year as the university' s most outstanding student athlete.
Upon graduation, Nathan became a Rifle Platoon Commander with 3rd Bn 6th Marines and during his deployment in Iraq was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal with combat "V" for Valor as a 1st Lieutenant in recognition of his actions while in combat.
Nathan is passionate about spending time with his three children, traveling, leading charitable endeavors, exercising, tackling challenges, any form of competition and studying successful people. He strives to live out his personal purpose statement, “To see all I can do with all that I have been given by always going for it, never forgetting who I am in the process and helping everyone I can along my journey to live out a story worth telling. On judgement day my life will have been deemed a success because I will be able to say, ‘I have nothing left. I used everything you gave me.’”
He is the proud husband to the love of his life, Kimberly, and they have three amazing children (Savannah, Scarlett and Luke). Nathan is an active member of the Southern 7 Chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization and highly engaged in his work with the Cox Family Foundation.

Executive VP - COO | PartnerGeoff Stacey serves as the Executive VP/COO for Bellator Real Estate & Development. He joined the Bellator team in March 2011 during the merger with ERA Platinum Properties, where he held a similar position. His primary responsibility is to optimize the business unit’s profitability by evaluating and improving operational processes, procedures and efficiencies and to develop strategies and implementation plans to improve & standardize all aspects of the operation.
Geoff has worked in the real estate industry since 2003 as a sales agent/manager, broker associate, property manager and company operations director. Geoff began his career in real estate after 11 years of experience working with Stacey & Associates Market Research, where he served as a business consultant and project leader on over 30 economic development and real estate feasibility projects across the Southeast.
Geoff’s expertise is in strategic planning, implementation of operational systems and management of accounting/budgeting processes.
Born and raised in Mobile, Alabama, Geoff has spent the majority of his life living on the Gulf Coast. After graduating from the University of Alabama in 1993, he moved back to the area to begin his career. He currently resides in Daphne with his wife, Meghan, and his three boys, Braxton, Lochlan and Kelan.
Geoff is a past President of the University of Alabama Alumni Association – Mobile Chapter, a donor to the UA School of Arts & Sciences and has served as a campaign committee member for several local elected officials. During his free time, Geoff enjoys watching his boys play soccer, cooking, reading and spending time with his wife and kids. Geoff and his family are members of Christ the King Catholic Church and are active volunteers at Christ the King Catholic School and Bayside Academy.
Charlie Dodson

Partner / Associate BrokerCharlie was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama, where he graduated from UMS-Wright Preparatory School in 2000. He later graduated from Hampden-Sydney College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in managerial economics. Following graduation, Charlie was hired by RBC Bank in Charlotte, North Carolina, to work in their builder finance department. Two years later, he earned his property and casualty insurance license and began working for Molton, Allen and Williams Insurance Company in Birmingham, Alabama, and later
Pensacola, Florida.
In 2008, Charlie obtained his real estate license and joined Nathan Cox and Bellator Real Estate & Development Inc., focusing on residential new construction and custom-built homes in Baldwin County. He earned his broker’s license in August of 2011 and is currently the broker for Bellator’s Spanish Fort Office. Charlie was recently named Bellator’s Vice President of New Construction Sales, and he is a top producer as the leader of The Dodson Team.
Charlie married Natalie Franklin of Mobile in August 2008, and they were blessed with daughter Sally on Nov. 11, 2011 and Ann Charles on Dec. 9, 2014. The Dodson’s are members of Ashland Place United Methodist Church in Mobile. Charlie, when not at work, enjoys playing golf and spending time with his girls.

Amanda Allen

Operations ManagerAmanda Allen was promoted to the position of Operations Manager earlier this summer. Amanda joined Bellator in 2013, starting as a Director of First Impressions, then as an Executive Assistant and now transitioning into her new role.
As Operations Manager, Amanda is the conduit for all communication and data flow between the branch office’s administrative staff and the corporate home office. Her most vital role is to finalize all transactions within the Lone Wolf system and to assure that agents are paid at the proper tier, in the most-timely manner. Amanda will oversee the work and productivity of all branch level administrative employees (as it relates to the flow of data and information from the branch offices to the home office) while assuring that they have the proper tools/equipment, training/information and support resources needed to remain productive and efficient.
Prior to joining Bellator, Amanda career allowed her multiple opportunities in customer service and administrative positions. Amanda and her husband David have a son, David Samuel, and a daughter, Tristan. The Allen’s enjoy spending time together as a family, especially traveling, and supporting their children in dance and ROTC. Amanda was also the recipient of Bellator’s highly regarded Dana Carter Award in 2016.
David Horn

Managing Broker - Eastern Shore OfficeDavid is Eastern Shore managing broker and relocation director for Bellator Real Estate & Development. David brings over 18 years of experience in financial services, mortgage lending and sales management to the company. Most recently, he was an award-winning real estate consultant with Bellator for more than five years, prior to starting the Relocation Department and then taking over broker duties for more than 45 agents at the company’s Eastern Shore Branch.
As a 12-year real estate veteran of the Mobile and Eastern Shore markets, David brings a unique perspective to his role of manager and mentor. He knows REALTORS® navigate people through what is often the most significant transition of their lives; and he takes this responsibility seriously. In his agent manager role, David is focused on taking care of his team by sharing his expertise, advice and guidance on all transactions. In addition to his broker duties, David also teaches/leads weekly sales training sessions, monthly agent business meetings and develops regular educational opportunities for the agents. He is deeply committed to developing and maintaining an encouraging, cooperative, supportive and welcoming work environment at the Eastern Shore Office.
As the relocation director, David strives to give every referral client the same personal service centered on honesty, accuracy, personal attention, attention to detail and consistent communication. In this role, David works to ensure all Bellator relocation clients are given the same level of service by providing customized personable service to corporate clients and relocation management companies transferees, assessing their needs and pairing them with the right REALTOR® to assist their transition to our area and ensure Bellator gives them consistent and quality service. The Relocation Department works to generate and manage business opportunities for Bellator and its REALTORS®, including corporate relocation, affinity programs, broker-to-broker network and internal referrals. In addition, the Relocation Department manages Bellator’s relationship with and implementation of its affiliation with the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®; Luxury Portfolio International®; and Military on the Move® programs as well as Worldwide ERC®.
David is a member of the Mobile Area Association of Realtors®, Baldwin County Association of Realtors®, Alabama Real Estate Commission® and the National Association of Realtors®. He graduated from the University of South Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in communications. A lifelong resident of coastal Alabama, he enjoys spending time with his family and doing community service work.
Anna Pippin

Agent Marketing DirectorAnna (Phillips) Pippin is the Agent Marketing Director with Bellator Real Estate & Development, joining the team in July 2017. Anna's expertise lies primarily in social media marketing, branding, event planning, graphic design, and agent training.
As the companies lead marketing trainer, Anna is one of the first people that every new agent meets when joining Bellator as part of the company's orientation program, and she is well verse in company provided property and personal marketing tools for agents. With a heart for people and an eye for detail, Anna brings organizational excellence to the Marketing Department team.
Anna earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Business and Worship Leadership from the University of Mobile in 2014 and has worked in the special events industry as an event planner and social media and branding manager before joining the Bellator team.
In her spare time, Anna loves serving her church family, cooking, hiking, exploring new places, and spending time with her husband, Ryan, friends, and family, especially her three nieces, Carleigh, Addie and Katie, and nephew, River.

Marketing SpecialistMeredith Hill serves as Bellator Real Estate and Development’s Marketing Specialist. Before making the move to Bellator, she previously worked in commercial real estate and engineering sales. In her position, Meredith primarily helps with event planning, social media marketing, and branding.
Meredith holds a Bachelors in Advertising, Business minor (2019) and a Masters in Marketing, Digital and Social Media Specialization (2022) from the University of Alabama. In her free time, Meredith enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and hanging out with friends.
Joseph Vogtner

Marketing SpecialistJoseph Vogtner (vote-ner) serves as Bellator Real Estate and Development’s Marketing Specialist. Before joining the Bellator marketing team, he previously served as a business intelligence specialist for a local marketing agency followed by a marketing director for a rapidly growing popsicle franchise company.
Joseph studied Business Administration at the University of Alabama before transferring to and graduating from the University of South Alabama with a Bachelors in Marketing/Marketing-Management in May of 2015.
In his free time, Joseph enjoys being with his wife Karen and their newborn Hayes, as well as their three fur babies Trixie, Minkah, and Ollie. If he's not with his immediate family, you can find Joseph hanging out with his friends, cooking, eating, going to the beach, or watching The Tide roll.
Meghan Stacey

Marketing AssistantMeghan Stacey is an executive assistant to Troy Wilson and Geoff Stacey. She is also a part-time marketing assistant with Bellator's amazing marketing department. Meghan is a licensed REALTOR® and has been with Bellator Real Estate and Development since 2017, where she started as a part-time administrator.
Meghan attended college at the University of Alabama and graduated with a B.A. in Communications. Prior to joing Bellator, Meghan worked as the assistant director for the J.L. Bedsole Scholars Program, as well as in marketing with Spectacor Management Group.
Meghan is married to our very own Geoff Stacey, and they are the proud parents of three sons, Braxton, Lochlan and Kelan. When not at work, you can find the Stacey family fully engaged in Alabama football and at Bayside Academy's football and soccer fields. Roll Tide and Go Admirals!
