Melissa Surovich

Originally from Three Rivers, Massachusetts, but having lived in the south for more than half of

her life, Melissa demonstrates the perfect mix of yankee tenacity and southern charm. She

loves to win for her clients, but does it with patience and grace. Her competitive nature is

directed toward her personal performance and client satisfaction where she strives to exceed

expectations on every transaction.

During her 15+ year tenure in the Baldwin County Real Estate industry, Melissa has realized

that real estate is ever-changing. She believes in life-long learning and is consistently reading,

listening to podcasts, and attending educational events to keep her at the top of her game.

She is a 20+ year resident of Baldwin County, and currently, along with her husband - TJ, son

-Tre, and 4 dogs - Ace, Bosley, Cash, and Lilah “The Real Estate Mastiff,” call Daphne home.

She is an active member of the animal rescue community, and frequently volunteers with

fostering and adoption events. In her free-time, you will find Melissa Volunteering with her

Women’s Club, immersed in the local Mardi Gras community attending live music events,

surrounding herself with local art, or channeling her inner foodie by trying new local cuisine or

cooking in her gluten-free kitchen.
