- Captain Eric A. Jones Award
The Eric A. Jones award is given annually to the Bellator Agent who in the eyes of his or her peers demonstrates a tireless pursuit for excellence in every endeavor, with a selfless attitude and an overall zest for his or her profession. The winner of this award is the agent who has best demonstrated to their peers the core values of Bellator Real Estate & Development in all aspects of their life and career. The core values of Faith, Effort and Gratitude serve as the foundation for everything Bellator stands for as a company. Nominations come from agents in the form of a ballot presented to Brokers. Broker presents to the selection committee for final decision.

- Dana M. Carter Above & Beyond Award
The Dana M. Carter Above & Beyond Award was created in 2013 to honor and remember one of Bellator’s brightest smiles, former Business Development Manager Dana Carter. Dana passed away in October 2013, and the company honors her memory by presenting this award to a full-time staff member who has displayed the most selfless, giving attitude throughout the year. Just as Dana tirelessly went above and beyond for the benefit of others with an unfailing smile and a servant’s heart. This award serves to recognize the individual who carries on her loving spirit. Nominated by the Leadership Team and selected by the President’s panel.
2021 Winner: Nina Hubbard
- Rookie of the Year Award
This award is granted to 1 company-wide winner per year (Jan-Dec.). The Rookie is defined as a single agent with an active real estate license for 18 months or less as of December 31st of the award year. (Agents on a team will not qualify.) Must have a minimum of $1 million in closed volume or 4 sides to qualify.

- Top Outgoing Referral Agent
The Referral Agent of the Year award is selected by Bellator’s Relocation Director and President based on the number of outgoing referrals and activity in the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® relocation program at Bellator.
